    In order to implement the manufacturing standardization improvement plan specified in "Made in China 2025". The National Standardization Administration has formulated and announced four key tasks to clarify the areas of standard formulation. Among them, high-end instruments and sensors have become the focus to be involved. This time, the manufacturing standardization improvement plan proposed by the National Standardization Commission has four specific key tasks as follows:


    First, establish a standard system for intelligent manufacturing

    Develop technical standards for intelligent manufacturing, including key terms and glossaries of intelligent manufacturing, inter-enterprise networking and integration, intelligent manufacturing equipment, intelligent production lines and digital workshops, intelligent factories, intelligent sensors, high-end instruments, intelligent robots, industrial communications, and industrial Internet of Things , industrial cloud and big data, industrial security, intelligent manufacturing service architecture and a large number of standards. Carry out comprehensive standardization work in key areas such as intelligent manufacturing, and focus on accelerating the formulation of major complete sets of equipment and automated production line system integration standards characterized by intelligence. Standardization mode, promote the development of standard complexes, and continue to accelerate the development of standard complex projects for strategic emerging industries. Build a public service platform for standardized verification and testing, focusing on pilot demonstrations in five areas: process manufacturing, discrete manufacturing, intelligent equipment and products, new formats and models of intelligent manufacturing, intelligent management and intelligent services.


    Second, strengthen the construction of standard system in basic fields.

    Focusing on the implementation of the industrial strong foundation project, closely following the industrial "four foundations" development guidance catalogue, focus on formulating basic material standards such as steel, non-ferrous metals, organic and composite materials required for key components. Focus on improving the performance, reliability and life standard indicators of key basic components such as bearings, gears, and hydraulic air tightness. Focus on the research and development of advanced technologies such as casting, forging, heat treatment and other basic manufacturing equipment standards to break the bottleneck of industrial development. Select core enterprises in key fields such as CNC machine tools, aerospace, power generation equipment, promote the connection between complete machine enterprises and basic supporting enterprises, and use comprehensive standardization methods to develop and benchmark core basic components, advanced basic processes, and key basic material standards. Compliance activities, systematically solve the connection problems of design, material, process, and testing standards, and improve the quality, reliability and life of basic products.


    Third, promote the standardization breakthrough in key areas.

    Strengthen the development of key technical standards for industrial upgrading, and formulate and revise more than 2,000 technical standards. Focus on the implementation of "Made in China 2025", strengthen the new generation of information technology, high-end CNC machine tools and robots, aerospace equipment, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, advanced rail transit equipment, energy-saving and new energy vehicles, power equipment, new materials, The development of standards in key fields such as biomedicine, high-performance medical equipment, and agricultural machinery and equipment will boost intelligent and green manufacturing. Focus on the implementation of high-end equipment innovation projects, in large aircraft, aero engines and gas turbines, civil aerospace, intelligent green trains, energy-saving and new energy vehicles, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, smart grid complete sets of equipment, high-end CNC machine tools, nuclear power equipment, A large number of standards have been developed in the fields of high-end diagnosis and treatment equipment, to break through common key technologies and bottlenecks in engineering and industrialization, to carry out application pilots and demonstrations, and to improve innovation and development capabilities and international competitiveness.


    Fourth, promote equipment going global and international production capacity cooperation.

    In key fields such as railways, aerospace, and construction machinery, promote the development of a number of international standards for high-end equipment. Actively promote breakthroughs in international standards such as ships, oceans, and information technology. Strengthen the comparative analysis and research on the commodity standards of key countries along the “Belt and Road”. Focusing on equipment in key fields such as aerospace and construction machinery to go out, a list of China's equipment standards has been proposed. Strengthen the mutual recognition of standards, increase the number of countries and standards for mutual recognition of standards, and systematically carry out the translation of foreign language versions of standards that are urgently needed.

    In addition, the National Standards Committee will also speed up the construction of standard innovation research bases, and actively leverage the advantages of the three national technology standard innovation bases that have been approved for the establishment of Zhongguancun, South China Center, and Guangzhou, strengthen the coordinated development of technical standard development, technological innovation, and industrial upgrading, and promote innovation. Achieve industrialization, marketization and internationalization. Strive to build 20 national technology standard innovation bases in manufacturing-related fields during the "13th Five-Year Plan", and support China's manufacturing industry from large to strong.
